Desborough Carnival takes place on the last Saturday of June each year. A procession of floats, walking entries and bands makes its circuitous way from Dunkirk Avenue to the Recreation Field. After the prize-giving for the various procession entries, the field events start and the stalls are open for business.

All proceeds from the Carnival go to local organisations.  Details of the allocations made to local groups in 2009 totalled £3500.  For details, click here.

2010

The sun brought out the crowds who lined the route of the parade and swarmed into and around the carnival field. A live group on stage, a marching band on the field, a clown and tug-of war - a great afternoon of fun!
