Computers aid our every day lives in so many ways and we become dependent on them. Then they break down, slow down or do unexpected things. Sometimes we delete a file in error and it's lost. Sometimes we want to do more with our computer, but we don't know whether it's possible or whether we can afford it.

Diagnosing the problem with your computer and telling you what the options are for getting it running again the way you want it to.

Advising on upgrade solutions for your computer. We also install upgrades and provide on-going assistance to help you get the most out of your PC.

Detecting viruses, trojans, worms and other malware and providing you with affordable and reliable ways of preventing further infection.

Recovering lost files. The sooner we are contacted after you've shouted, "Oh, no!! I didn't mean to do that!" the better our chance of recovering files.

Providing accessories at lower prices than the high street stores - and we'll help you become familiar with their operation.

If all else fails, we'll build a computer that will meet your needs and that you can afford.

We operate a no fix, no fee service. Full quotations given. If it ends up costing less, we'll tell you. If it ends up costing more, we won't!

We charge £20 an hour for all our computer work. There is no call-out charge. If the work will take longer than an hour, we'll take your equipment away to work on. Much of the work is done automatically once we start it and there's no point in you paying us for sitting around in your house while the computer whirrs away and we twiddle our thumbs. We can get on with other work while the computer does what it has to do (or we can twiddle our thumbs) and we then don't charge you for any more time than we actually spend working on your equipment.
