Tiny Tots

is for all children under school age. They worship, sing, and have fun every Thursday in the Community Centre. It starts at 2.15 and lasts half an hour and is followed by refreshments and a time to play.

The Creche

is open every Sunday in the Community Centre while the main service takes place.

Sunday School

Climbers

is for children of infant school age. They meet in the Community Centre on the second and third (occasionally fifth) Sunday of the month during term time.

Explorers

is for junior school age children and they also meet in the Community Centre on the second and third (occasionally fifth) Sunday of the month during term time.

Discoverers

is a group for eleven to fourteen year olds meeting in the Community Centre at the same time as Climbers and Explorers.

Pathfinders

is for eleven to fourteen year olds and they meet on Sunday evenings in the Community Centre from 6.30 to 7.45 pm on Sundays. On the second Sunday of each month they meet from 4.30 until 5.50, have tea and then either go home or join the Praise Service at 6 in the church.

Youth Fellowship

is for teenagers from 15 upwards. they meet every Sunday evening in the Community Centre from 7.45 until 9 pm.

Mothers Union

meets alternate Tuesdays at 2.30pm in the Community centre.

meets second Thursday of each month

Music Group

The Music Group comprises a variety of musicians with the core instrumentation being keyboard and guitar with recorders, drums, flute, violin, tambourine or anything else added according to availability.

The Music Group provides the main lead in Parade and Family services and in the monthly evening Praise Service.

The Church Council

meets monthly and comprises members of both the Anglican and Methodist churches.
They discuss and decide on matters relating to the activities, policies and financeimages/ of the church. Meetings are chaired alternately by the Vicar and the Methodist Minister. The Church Council elects officials of the church - two church wardens and two stewards, a treasurer and secretary - and appoints various sub-committees from time to time for special subjects.

Often the unseen workers behind every event organised by the church. Who cooks? Who makes tea and coffee? Who washes up when everyone else is eating? Who's usually in the kitchen? Who would we miss most if they weren't there?
The Social Committee, of course.

The Craft Group

meets on Monday afternoons in the Community Centre Committee Room from 2.30 to 4.30pm. If you are interested in craftwork of any kind, please come along. tea, chat and ideas.
