Our
Murder Mystery Night was a great success. We had an evening
of mystery, intrigue, entertainment and fun at the Deputy-Mayor's Mansion in
Casablanca (the Catholic Church Hall suitably decorated.) We travelled in
time back to October 1942 when cosmopolitan Casablanca was in the grip of
Vichy-French rule as the allies fought the Nazis. Assembled at the
table was a mix of politicians, German officials,
emigrées and artisans. But the guest of honour, the 'Black Cat,' was murdered. |

Sitting down
to a three course meal with wine, we interrogated the colourful cast of characters to
expose their secrets, helped by Inspector LeClue. Having seen all the clues
we made our
accusations at the end of the evening and found out 'whodunnit.'
